Role
As a Product Manager on the Logistics team, you will shape the systems and experiences that power how anything gets shipped on Whatnot. This team sits at the center of the platform, and is critical to the success of every single order on Whatnot. Your work will directly impact seller success, buyer trust, and the economics of our marketplace.
Ensure that anything can be sold and fulfilled on Whatnot. Identify shipping options that unlock new categories, countries, and seller segments across our global marketplace.
Accomplish best-in-class shipping reliability as measured by on-time scan rates and fulfillment standards by building tools and systems that enable sellers to ship quickly and consistently.
Improve shipping affordability and transparency by designing pricing, bundling, and carrier solutions that are simple, competitive, and easy to understand.
Drive sustainable logistics economics by building scalable infrastructure, data systems, and user experiences that balance buyer experience, seller needs, and business outcomes.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and external partners to deliver both user-facing experiences and the underlying platform that supports logistics across Whatnot.
We offer flexibility to work from home or from one of our global office hubs, and we value in-person time for planning, problem-solving, and connection. Team members in this role must live within commuting distance of our San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City hubs.
