Maximize product lifecycle value through active installed-base management and clearly defined upgrade paths.

PDLM initiatives: Support or lead smaller PDLM initiatives by translating customer needs, market dynamics, and clinical workflow insights into clear value propositions, robust business cases, and product requirements with strong market fit and competitive differentiation. Guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time, establish compelling product claims, and support successful market launches.

Cross-functional collaboration, especially with market organizations, Sales Enablement and Downstream marketing to drive for increased Sales performance and continuous platform improvements.

Success Measures include

Platform robustness: Ensure business continuity by mitigation obsolescence risks on time and rapidly implement quality corrections and removals while meeting commitments to regulatory authorities.

Continuous platform performance improvement: Deliver measurable improvements in product quality, cost competitiveness, financial performance, usability and market-share performance.
