The Partner Marketing team extends the company’s marketing reach to customers and prospects by educating, engaging and enabling partners, globally, to build market awareness and generate demand for their the company solutions and services. We recruit prospective partners and support the on-boarding and growth of existing partners as they build, launch, market, and scale business through the the company Partner Ecosystem and the the company platform. We partner closely with our global partnerships, GTM partners, marketing, and product teams and serve many different partner types.

Responsibilities

  • We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented marketing leader to own the company’s global partner marketing strategy for Services partners—including GSIs—and Technology/ISV partners. You’ll lead a global team, define the multi-year operating and investment model, build influential relationships with partner and the company leaders, and scale programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-attached pipeline, customer activation, and product adoption. This role requires setting a clear long-term direction while leading through others and using performance insights to focus the organization on its highest-impact opportunities.
  • Set the multi-year vision and global strategy for Services, GSI, and Technology/ISV partner marketing, translating the company’s company, marketing, and partnerships priorities into an operating model, investment strategy, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team of four Partner Marketing professionals across APAC, AMER, and EMEA. Establish clear accountability, build organizational capability, evolve the team as business needs change, and ensure agencies and vendors extend the team effectively.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner CMOs and senior the company leaders. Develop joint strategies with priority partners and align global and regional teams around shared priorities, investments, and execution.
  • Own a portfolio of differentiated programs for strategic partners and scalable programs for the broader ecosystem. Integrate partners into the company campaigns, regional initiatives, co-sell motions, events, content, and enablement to drive pipeline, activation, and product adoption.
  • Shape joint value propositions, messaging, and customer evidence, and turn successful programs into reusable playbooks that can scale across partners and regions.
  • Establish governance for market development funds and other investments, alongside the performance framework, dashboards, and business-review cadence. Use data and financial insight to assess impact, address underperformance, and reallocate resources toward the strongest opportunities.

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Minimum requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including substantial experience in partner, ecosystem, channel, or alliances marketing and a strong understanding of partner business models and indirect GTM motions.
  • A track record of setting and leading global marketing strategy across regions, translating company priorities into long-term plans, scalable operating models, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building, leading, and developing a distributed team of experienced marketers, including setting direction and accountability, coaching talent, and evolving organizational capabilities through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, build trusted relationships with partner and internal executives, and align senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
  • Proven success delivering measurable partner-marketing outcomes and using analytical and financial judgment to manage significant budgets or market development funds, evaluate ROI, and make portfolio trade-offs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to simplify complex issues, articulate a compelling vision, and turn strategy and performance insights into clear executive recommendations and action.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Experience developing marketing strategies for Services, GSI, Technology, or ISV partners in a global, high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience in payments, financial technology, enterprise software, or an adjacent industry.
  • Breadth across partner marketing and adjacent disciplines such as demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or integrated campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies or vendors across markets and holding them accountable for quality and results.
