Responsibilities

  • As part of the Operations team, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver an unrivalled experience to our customers and partners all around the world. You will work across different areas of Operations, using data and business insights to identify opportunities, improve processes, analyse performance, and support better business decisions.
  • Analyse operational performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement;
  • Gather, structure and analyse complex data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making;
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations and other business functions to understand needs, challenges and opportunities;
  • Translate business requirements into clear analysis, recommendations and actionable solutions;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs, ensuring insights are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve efficiency and enhance customer and partner experience;
  • Support and contribute to cross-functional projects, from understanding the business problem through to implementation and measuring impact;
  • Build business cases and conduct impact analysis to support prioritisation and decision-making;
  • Develop tools and solutions that enable teams to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions, including Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards or machine learning services;
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, challenging assumptions and bringing a data-driven perspective to business decisions;
  • Work with teams across the organisation and with external partners where relevant to address business needs and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics or another relevant field;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets is a plus) and SQL (BigQuery is a plus);
  • Experience with reporting and BI tools (Looker is a plus);
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, data-driven approach;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with different teams and levels of seniority;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and constantly changing environment;
  • Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ownership mindset;
  • Fluent in English.
