Description

The company is a European digital services firm that helps clients through digital transformation, with work spanning consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms and infrastructure.

This SOC Analyst role covers watching for security threats and handling incidents at the first stage, following the response procedures already in place.

Responsibilities

• Watch security alerts and events as they come in, using SIEM and SOAR platforms.
• Analyse and sort incidents by working through predefined playbooks.
• Pass incidents that need deeper investigation up to the N2 teams.
• Keep incident records accurate and help update the knowledge base.
• Help build and maintain SIEM use cases.

Requirements

• Understanding of the SIEM and SOAR tools used in incident response work.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with SIEM platforms.
• Experience writing SIEM use cases.
• Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Ability to follow set operational procedures and incident response playbooks.

Conditions

The role is hybrid and includes a 24/7 shift rotation.
