The company builds general-purpose robot technicians that assemble and maintain the machines that modern infrastructure depends on.
The first target is data centers, where assembly, commissioning and maintenance call for dexterity, precision and tool use.
The robots learn these tasks from demonstrations instead of being hand-programmed for each workflow.
The team is small and works on the intelligence, the hardware and the company needed to put these robots into real environments.
Responsibilities
Research, design and train models and policies that learn complex physical tasks from demonstrations and experience.
Build learning methods for precise manipulation, assembly and tool use.
Create new architectures and algorithms for robot perception, reasoning and control.
Plan data collection, training pipelines and ways to learn from real-world experience.
Design experiments, measure performance and improve policies running on physical robots.
Requirements
You are a strong machine learning researcher or engineer who wants to build autonomous robots that work in the physical world.
You have a solid grounding in deep learning and have designed and trained models. You reason carefully about architectures, learning algorithms, data and experiment design.
You have deep expertise in at least one area of machine learning and are curious enough to work across fields. You are happy building new approaches, testing ideas and questioning established methods.
You take initiative, move fast and own work from research and data collection through training and deployment.
Skills: Python, Torch/PyTorch, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement learning (RL), Computer Vision, Generative AI
