About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our central Digital Activation team, working on one of the world’s most iconic sportswear and fashion brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile, international account, supporting brand social activity across multiple European markets. You’ll play a key role in translating local market strategies into high-quality paid social activation, while working closely with teams across strategy, planning, creative, audience insights and activation.

You’ll be part of a collaborative European Digital Activation Hub, helping to deliver integrated brand and performance marketing at scale and driving continual improvements across the social channel.

What you’ll be doing

Own the campaign build, setup, quality assurance and launch readiness across paid social campaigns.

Ensure campaigns are activated in line with agreed media plans, biddable quality guidelines and brand requirements.

Manage day-to-day relationships with social platform partners and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.

Oversee the quality of campaign execution, including content boosting, asset trafficking, QA, go-live management and delivery monitoring.

Act as a key day-to-day contact for brand social briefs across multiple markets.

Develop weekly performance reporting, providing clear insights and recommendations, rather than simply reporting on results.

Coordinate with Creative Operations and wider teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.

Manage test-and-learn programmes from planning through to execution, helping to identify opportunities for continual optimisation.

Work closely with markets to translate strategic recommendations into effective campaign approaches.

Stay up to date with developments across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and other emerging social platforms, identifying relevant opportunities for the client.

Share best practice, learnings and creative optimisation recommendations across markets.

Support the onboarding and development of other team members, sharing your paid social expertise across the wider team.

Requirements

  • We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on paid social experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.
  • You’ll ideally have:
  • Experience in paid social activation, including hands-on campaign build and optimisation.
  • Strong expertise across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and Pinterest.
  • Experience delivering brand-focused paid social campaigns, with an understanding of objectives such as reach, engagement and wider brand outcomes.
  • Experience working with social brand safety and content adjacency controls.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple markets and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence using Excel and interpreting campaign data.
  • Experience producing reporting that provides clear insight and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to flag risks and opportunities early.
  • Experience with Smartly or similar social automation platforms would be a bonus.
  • Additional European language skills would be desirable but are not essential.

  • Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
