What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a programme leader with a strong growth mindset, experienced in optimising card linked offer and loyalty programmes in close partnership with banks and merchants.

You are confident driving clear programme cadence — setting structured rhythms for performance review, optimisation, prioritisation, and programme evolution. You bring energy, curiosity, and innovative thinking to how programmes are improved over time and are motivated by delivering tangible, measurable results.

Experience working directly with financial institutions, merchants, or loyalty platforms is highly valued.

Role Summary

The Manager, Loyalty Program Management is responsible for driving growth and continuous optimisation of issuer card‑linked offer (CLO) and loyalty programmes across AUNZPI.

This role owns programme cadence and performance rhythm with clients, ensuring programmes evolve through regular optimisation cycles to improve activation, engagement, repeat behaviour, and delivered value. Partnering closely with Client Account Executives and Implementation / Sales Engineers, the Manager shapes programme roadmaps, prioritises enhancements, and drives progress against agreed growth objectives.

Sitting between strategic direction and execution, the role combines client leadership, performance insight, and delivery discipline to ensure programmes deliver sustained outcomes over time.

Responsibilities

  • Programme Growth & Optimisation:
  • Own the performance and growth of issuer CLO and merchant loyalty programmes.
  • Drive structured optimisation cycles focused on improving activation, engagement, repeat usage, and value delivery.
  • Translate programme performance insights into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Client Cadence & Leadership:
  • Lead ongoing programme cadence with merchant partners, including regular performance reviews and optimisation discussions.
  • Shape programme roadmaps in partnership with Client Account Executives.
  • Set clear priorities and sequencing for programme enhancements and evolution.
  • Programme Design & Evolution:
  • Guide programme configuration, mechanics, and engagement approaches to support growth objectives.
  • Support new programme launches and major enhancements.
  • Ensure programmes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned to client goals.
  • Leadership & Culture:
  • Operate with pace, accountability, and a bias to action.
  • Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in loyalty programmes, card‑linked offers, CRM, or customer engagement solutions.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty mechanics and customer behaviour.
  • Proven ability to drive programme optimisation and growth in client‑facing roles.
  • Data‑driven with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capability.
