This role is for an experienced, customer-focused auditor who wants to change how ISO audits are run. Audit testing is largely automated, so you will spend little time on manual evidence checks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted advisor and main contact for your assigned customers, and own their ISO audit from start to finish.
• Review evidence requests from customers, give expert feedback, and steer them toward best practices.
• Work with the AI engine and the auditor team to validate evidence and keep the process efficient.
• Produce high-quality ISO audit reports that are accurate, precise, and reflect your professional judgment.
• Use your curiosity and analytical skills to solve unusual problems so every customer has a strong experience.
• Help turn audits from a chore into a strategic advantage, supported by your team and the company's tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of ISO 27001 audit experience, including leading audit interviews.
• Familiarity with advanced cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Comfort working directly with customers and building relationships with them.
• Current certifications or active study toward ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISA, cloud-specific certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
• A real interest in solving problems and challenging how things are done.
