Description

The Information Security & Identity Access Management Analyst is an entry level role responsible for security administration services that protect the company's global operations, working closely with technology and business teams to maintain access controls, resolve complex escalations, and uphold compliance standards. Your work will directly support the integrity of the company's information security environment and the quality of service delivered to internal teams and external clients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Manage identity and access provisioning requests — including developer, administrator, bulk, and functional IDs — across a range of banking applications and security platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
  • Handle complex access-related escalations independently, applying information security administration practices to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service quality for a global customer base.
  • Process entitlement and compliance review requests, including incident and change management tasks, within established service level targets at both individual and team level.
  • Coordinate with internal and external compliance and audit teams, collecting and presenting evidence to support reviews and regulatory requirements.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct annual reviews of Process Control documentation for assigned systems, ensuring procedures remain accurate and current.
  • Review and validate the implementation of security procedures across simple through complex, multi-tiered applications, taking ownership of service and compliance quality within assigned system scope.
  • Coach and support fellow team members in developing their knowledge of security administration practices, contributing to team capability and a consistent standard of delivery.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in an information security administration environment, IT support, or a related field involving data management and customer service.
  • Ability to apply information security concepts and access management principles in day-to-day operations, with a clear understanding of how policies translate into practical controls.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to varied audiences.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for creating and maintaining operational documentation and files.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests, shift priorities as needed, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive access and security data.
  • Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is an advantage; a minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
  • Familiarity with any of the following platforms is advantageous: databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, Teradata, MongoDB), enterprise systems (IBM RACF, CA TopSecret, AS/400, Stratus, Tandem, Unisys, VMS), Wintel environments (Active Directory, NAS servers), or Unix/LDAP systems.
  • Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as VB, JavaScript, HTML, or Shell Scripts is a welcome addition.
  • A relevant professional certification — such as SSCP, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or the company Lean — is considered a strong advantage.
