Description
About the company
The company is the financial infrastructure platform for the Americas.
The companies shaping software, AI, travel, and digital services use the company to operate across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and the United States.
The company brings local payments, installments, recurring billing, stablecoin rails, treasury, global payouts, and financial operations into one platform built for how money actually works across the Americas.
Every market is different. The company makes the infrastructure consistent. Engineering, finance, and operations teams can manage local currency acceptance, market-specific payment behavior, funds, and financial workflows from the same platform.
Companies can launch in Latin America in as little as a day and expand across markets without rebuilding their financial stack country by country.
Built locally. Designed to scale globally.
Why this role exists
Our product is ahead of our brand.
We show up in evaluations against the large regional processors. In too many of them we are not in the room at all, and in the ones where we are, we read as earlier stage than we are. A company about to route its regional volume through us needs to see infrastructure, not a startup. That gap costs us deals we should be winning on product.
At the same time, every piece of marketing we do today is run by the founders in the gaps between other jobs: the ads, the SEO, the content, the launches, the events. It holds at twelve people. It will not hold through the next stage.
This role owns both.
What you will own
Brand and positioning. One story about what the company is and why it matters, decided once and held everywhere: the site, the deck, the product, the sales calls. There are four versions of it today. The harder half of this is moving the company from looking like a startup to being credible to a bank, a public company or a regulated buyer, and doing it without losing the reason people like working with us. Visual identity and the standard of every surface that carries our name are part of the job.
Product marketing. Our product is technical and our buyer gets more sophisticated every quarter. Someone has to turn what engineering ships into something a CFO or a VP of Finance understands and acts on: launches with a real process behind them, sales material that shortens a cycle instead of decorating it, and airtime for the people building it.
Content and distribution. Build the publishing engine: site, blog, LinkedIn, press, and the organic surface that AI assistants cite when someone asks how to collect across Latin America. Content goes out in English first and gets localized per market after.
Events and founder positioning. Own the calendar and the outcome, from Money20/20 and Febraban class shows down to dinners for fifteen people that move one account. Booth, content, capture, follow-up, and the discipline of cross-referencing scanned leads against the CRM so we know what was net new and which opportunities we influenced. The bar is that events pay for themselves and that you can show it. You will also get our founders onto the right stages and make them better once they are up there.
Demand generation. Campaigns, paid, funnel instrumentation and the loop back to sales. You inherit what the founders run today, starting with Google Ads and SEO.
Ecosystem.
What we are looking for
You work inside a technology company today, or did until recently, and someone else paid for that learning curve. The company is not where you find out how software gets built and sold. Payments or fintech in Latin America is where our strongest candidates come from. Failing that, a technical B2B category with a sophisticated buyer and a long sales cycle. If your career is in agencies, consulting or consumer brands, this is not the role.
You have sold to companies, not consumers. You know what a long enterprise cycle feels like from the inside and what actually counts as proof inside one.
You have run marketing across several countries from one seat. Not one market with regional support. Several markets with different payment cultures, different press and different buyers, with a team you could count on one hand.
Your career passed through more than one discipline. The people who are best at this job have some combination of classical brand work, where owning a brand meant owning a business, hands-on paid media, and time spent close to product. One lane is not enough here. Two or three is what makes the difference.
You are hands-on. You write the copy, brief the designer, build the deck and pull the numbers yourself. For the first stretch there is nobody to hand it to.
You write English at a level that does not need editing, and you present in English and Spanish. Our content is English first.
You use AI tools every day and it is visible in how much you ship and how good it is.
