Description

Why the company

At the company, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you.

At the company, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

The company is building the AI platform for legal and professional services, and Asia-Pacific is one of our fastest-moving regions. We have customers across Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Korea and an office footprint in Sydney and Singapore. APAC is in the early days of legal AI adoption.

This is a full-stack regional marketing leadership role. You own the marketing plan for APAC end to end: demand generation, field marketing and events, and the localization of the company's product and segment narratives for the region's distinct markets. You will manage a small existing team and be in charge of growing it rapidly across markets. You will serve as the partner to the company’s regional sales and customer success leaders, partner closely with the company's global marketing functions, and operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the APAC marketing strategy and quarterly plans: define priority markets, segments, and audiences; set regional targets; and allocate budget across demand generation, field, brand, and content.
  • Carry a regional pipeline number. Build, measure, and report on the programs that generate, influence, and accelerate pipeline across APAC, in tight partnership with regional Sales and Customer Success leadership.
  • Lead and develop the APAC marketing team, hiring against a growing plan and building the regional structure, rituals, and operating cadence as the team scales.
  • Own the regional event and field portfolio with clear prioritization criteria, measurement, and follow-through with GTM.
  • Adapt the company's global positioning and product narratives for APAC audiences, working with Product Marketing to reflect regional realities including data residency and sovereignty requirements, regulatory expectations, and market-specific buying dynamics.
  • Build the company's brand and voice in the region: partner with comms on media relationships, develop customer references and stories, build executive thought leadership, and the local legal and professional services community.
  • Run regional demand generation in partnership with the global Demand Gen team — campaigns, paid media, lifecycle, and web localization — with disciplined attribution and reporting.
  • Act as the voice of the APAC market inside the company, bringing customer, competitive, and regulatory insight back to Product, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to shape the roadmap and global strategy.
  • What you have
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with meaningful time leading marketing across multiple APAC markets, ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI, or professional services.
  • A track record of owning a regional number: demonstrable pipeline and revenue impact from programs you built, not just campaigns you ran.
  • Genuine full-stack range. You have owned demand generation and field marketing, and you can also hold your own on brand, messaging, and communications.
  • Experience managing and growing a distributed team, including hiring in more than one APAC market.
  • Nuanced understanding of how key APAC markets like Australia, Singapore, Japan and Korea differ and a point of view on how those differences should shape programming and sequencing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the judgment to know when global assets work as-is and when a market needs something built for it.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-growing environment with ambiguity, cross-functional complexity, and a high degree of ownership.
