Description

At the company, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business.

Why We Have This Role

Sitting within the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) organization with a broad mandate across all Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, our Enablement team owns global onboarding, skill development, and ongoing education for every role touching the customer lifecycle, from SDRs and Account Executives to Solution Engineers and Services. Our team thinks globally for scale, delivering learner-centric enablement experiences that drive full-funnel revenue growth, adoption, customer retention, and operational excellence.

This role requires a seasoned enablement practitioner who views program and project management as core disciplines to drive real business impact. As the GTM Enablement Program Manager for Solutions & Product, you will act as the strategic architect connecting Product Management, Product Marketing, and our global GTM organization. You won't just coordinate schedules or manage timelines, you will design structured learning journeys, translate complex platform and AI capabilities into field-ready playbooks, and measure the direct line between enablement execution and revenue outcomes.

How You’ll Find Success

Enablement Craft & Discipline: You are a proven enablement practitioner who knows how to build end-to-end enablement strategies, design modern learning journeys, and apply adult learning methodologies that actually change behavior.

Business-Impact Mindset: You understand that great enablement isn't measured by course completion rates, but by ramp time, win rates, pipeline velocity, adoption, and revenue.

Cross-GTM Perspective: You design targeted enablement tailored across the entire customer lifecycle, recognizing the distinct needs of SDRs (prospecting), AEs (closing), SEs (technical validation), and Services (adoption, value realization, and expansion).

Technical-to-Value Translator: You turn complex product and platform architectures, enterprise data capabilities, and applied AI into clear, persona-aligned business value that sellers can communicate and customers can realize.

Rigorous Execution: You leverage strong program and project management capabilities as an essential skill to keep complex, multi-stakeholder product launches and global learning programs running smoothly on schedule.

How You’ll Grow

Master Experience Management (XM) as a category, developing deep technical and strategic expertise across platform architectures, enterprise data integration, and AI innovation.

Gain broad visibility across the entire GTM executive leadership team, shaping programs that directly impact both new business acquisition (ARR) and net revenue retention (NRR).

Learn how enterprise buyers across various industries (Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Public Sector) evaluate, purchase, and extract value from Data and AI solutions.

Help shape our global Product & Solution Enablement framework and establish scalable standards for product rollouts, technical certifications, and persona-based messaging.

Things You’ll Do

Design Learning Journeys: Build structured, multi-modal learning paths and field playbooks for core platform releases, data capabilities, and AI-driven solution features.

Enable the Full GTM Engine: Map product capabilities to role-specific behaviors: equipping SDRs on pain-point messaging, AEs on value-based discovery, SEs on technical architecture/demo execution, and Services on platform adoption, value realization, and expansion.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM Leadership to translate product roadmaps into business-ready GTM launches and field certifications.

Facilitate & Certify: Deliver high-impact interactive workshops, demo practice sessions, and knowledge checks in person and virtually that build field confidence and certified fluency.

Drive Strategic Program Management: Apply disciplined project management capabilities to manage workstreams, keep multi-stakeholder initiatives on track, and ensure consistent global delivery.

Measure Business Outcomes: Analyze enablement data against full-lifecycle GTM metrics (e.g., ramp velocity, win rates, demo conversion, multi-product adoption, and NRR) to prove ROI and iterate continuously.
