Description

HP is transforming from a hardware company to a solutions-led business. Within Retail & Industry Solutions (RIS), we are building a modern growth engine to support end-to-end retail solutions across hardware, software, and services.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline growth through integrated campaigns, digital channels, account-based marketing, event programs, and funnel optimization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with responsibility for identifying, testing, and scaling programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

The ideal candidate combines growth marketing, demand generation, analytics, and operational excellence. They are comfortable working across marketing, sales, category, product, and field teams to continuously improve how we reach customers, convert demand, and measure business impact.

This is an opportunity to help build and scale a modern growth marketing function in a high-visibility team shaping the future of retail technology and solutions.

  • Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms to optimize customer journeys, campaign effectiveness, and marketing operations.
  • Drive a test-and-learn approach through experimentation, audience segmentation, messaging optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Plan and execute pre-event, in-event, and post-event programs that generate customer engagement, meetings, and pipeline.
  • Build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into campaign performance, funnel health, and marketing impact.
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned to HP's Retail Intelligence narrative and business priorities.
  • Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing operations, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and attribution.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into action.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
