Description

Company Description

Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, the company handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

Role Description

As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own how the company gets found, across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and The Trade Desk), traditional search, and the AI assistants our buyers increasingly ask first. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask ChatGPT or Claude which vendors to consider. Learning how they search and what they respond to is the core of the job.

You'll know you're right for this if you've built a growth channel from scratch, think in pipeline rather than impressions, and want to own a number.

Responsibilities

  • Search & Social: Run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
  • Programmatic: Own The Trade Desk, including audience selection, account-based targeting, and connected TV.
  • SEO: Own keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, and organic growth. Focus on the low-volume, high-intent searches provider operators actually make, and build pages by specialty, workflow, and comparison intent.
  • AEO: Make the company the answer when buyers ask AI assistants about referral intake, prior auth, and patient onboarding, by structuring owned content for LLMs and earning mentions on the third-party sources they cite.
  • Measurement: Build the framework for CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, and keep conversion signal clean so platforms optimize toward qualified pipeline.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Carry a pipeline goal shared with Growth and Sales.
  • Experimentation: Test new channels and new ways of working, including AI tools and Clay workflows, and decide what to scale.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales on target segments, Content Marketing on paid offers, and Brand and Design on creative.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years owning paid programs end-to-end, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. A management consulting background (MBB or similar) before that is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience building enrichment and audience workflows in Clay.
  • Quantitative fluency. You think in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, not clicks.
  • Builder DNA. You've taken a channel from 0 to 1 and scaled what worked.
  • Comfort with AI and a habit of experimenting with it, plus a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
  • Creative judgment that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can show campaigns you've run and explain the thinking behind them.
  • A plus if you...
  • Have run campaigns in The Trade Desk or another DSP.
  • Have healthcare or healthtech experience.
  • Have run Reddit, X, or trade media campaigns.
  • Why the company?
  • Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
  • Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
  • Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At the company, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
  • Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.

Benefits

  • Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 100% paid employee health benefit options
  • Competitive parental leave
