The company delivers technology and mission services to US government, defense and intelligence agencies, with about 26,000 staff in more than 50 countries, across AI, cloud, cyber and software development.

This Technical Solutions role is a senior principal post that owns a DevSecOps partner portfolio, working with Google Cloud, GitLab and Harness.

You will own high-visibility solutions built with partners in cloud, data modernization, generative AI code development and DevSecOps.

The role suits a hands-on developer who likes an entrepreneurial setting and wants visibility, ownership and impact.

You will advise customers on strategy, roadmap and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Find, qualify and scope DevSecOps business development leads together with Division Growth leadership.
• Build and deliver new joint partner offerings with a multidisciplinary team to speed customer adoption and mission results.
• Help shape partner solution strategies covering co-selling, co-marketing and co-solutioning.
• Lead the creation and rollout of consultative selling materials and offerings for the company's DevSecOps partner solutions.
• Talk with prospective and current customers, inside and outside the company, about partner solutions and related Digital Accelerators.
• Support enterprise capture and proposal work where the partner relationship is central to the win strategy.
• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Google Cloud development services and other tools to improve workflows and automate deployments.
• Build secure, scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and on-premises environments using Terraform or Ansible.
• Work with development, operations, security and program teams to deliver secure, compliant, efficient solutions and streamline deployments for cloud SSPs.
• Deploy, run and secure GKE clusters for reliability, scalability and compliance, and understand container and Linux host networking.
• Apply DevSecOps practices, including strict configuration management and configuration-as-code, meeting FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, 800-171, 800-218, CMMC, FISMA and DoW IL4 to IL7.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in arts or science.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience building software engineering, continuous delivery and DevOps practices, including pipelines, data integrations, infrastructure as code for CI/CD, AWS CloudFormation and Lambda, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab, Nexus, Vagrant, Vault, Packer and Ansible, security scanners (Anchore, OSCAP, Twistlock) and static code quality tools (SonarQube).
• Strong GCP skills across GKE, GCP sandbox, Cloud Build and Deploy, Cloud Run, App Engine, Anthos, Cloud IAM and IAP.
• Deep experience with container orchestration on Kubernetes, Docker and OpenShift.
• Experience with Google Anthos, Google Apps, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google SecOps.
• A track record building and deploying solutions for US public sector or enterprise customers.
• Ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, program executives and others to build trust, explain solutions clearly and drive decisions.
• Optional: Google Associate level certification, such as Google Developer or Solutions Architect, strongly suggested.
• Optional: Federal ATO DevSecOps experience, a strong bonus.

Conditions

Location: Falls Church, Virginia, USA, in the Washington DC metro area, hybrid.

40 scheduled hours per week.

Travel of 10 to 25%.

US citizenship is required to obtain and keep a Secret clearance, which is not currently held but must be obtainable.

Likely salary range of $164,382 to $218,500. This is not a guaranteed amount; pay depends on experience, location and possibly contract terms, and may fall outside this range.
