- Ability to design evals.
- Judgment about when fine-tuning is the right approach.
- Skill in keeping cost and latency under control in production.
- A plus: healthcare experience.
Conditions
Based on-site in San Francisco.
Base salary of $350K to $400K.
Open to US-based candidates who already have US work authorization. The company does not sponsor visas.
Visa status: US citizen or visa holder only.
