This role sits at the intersection of Services-led and technology-led capabilities, ensuring our cardholder engagement solutions deliver measurable acquisition and spend impact for our clients. In the near term, the role will focus heavily on building a close partnership with the Dynamic Yield product team, securing a prioritized set of capabilities and features that materially enhance our consumer acquisition and engagement offerings.

You will act as a product orchestrator and integrator, translating business and client needs into scalable, data-enabled, and execution-ready solutions across our Marketing Services ecosystem.

This role operationalizes our Marketing Services strategy by transforming personalization platforms and cross functional collaboration into scalable, data driven engagement solutions that drive acquisition, differentiation, and growth at scale.

  • Align creative and experience design ambitions with data mart readiness, marketing automation, and delivery constraints.
  • Act as the connective tissue between ideation, build, launch, and optimization.
  • Data-Driven Enablement
  • Leverage customer data, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Ensure solutions are designed with measurement, learning, and optimization at their core.
  • Partner with data and martech teams to enable scalable personalization and insight generation.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Priority Dynamic Yield capabilities are delivered and adopted, directly improving acquisition and engagement performance.
  • Prioritized solutions are simplified, standardized, and increasingly productized.

  • Required Experience & Capabilities
  • Experience in Product Management, Digital Solutions, or Marketing Technology, preferably in B2B, B2B2C, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience working with personalization, experimentation, martech, or decisioning platforms (Dynamic Yield or similar strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into execution-ready product roadmaps.

  • Experience partnering with platform product teams and influencing roadmaps without direct authority.
  • Strong communication skills, able to align senior stakeholders and delivery teams around a shared vision
  • Mindset & Attributes
  • Systems thinker with a bias toward scalable solutions over bespoke one-offs
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
