Digital Solutions Business Analyst IV - EHS

Description

The role is Digital Solutions Business Analyst IV, focused on EHS, and is remote. The location is flexible, and the person can be based near any of the company's offices, with the Conshohocken, PA office listed as the reference site.

The company is a global infrastructure firm working in water, environment, energy, transportation and buildings, covering advisory, planning, design, engineering, and program and construction management. It is a Fortune 500 firm with $16.1 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2025 and over 50,000 professionals.

This is a current opening, and the company plans to fill it by December 29, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead EHS software implementation and enhancement projects across North America and globally, using Cority EMS, GX2 and WeSustain.
• Advise client organizations on their EHS programs, with a focus on how software supports them.
• Mentor junior staff on best practices for EHS software implementation.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in chemical or environmental engineering, occupational health and safety, information systems, computer science or a similar field, plus 6 years of experience. Equivalent experience or education may be demonstrated instead.
• Have 6+ years working on digital EHS solutions, with growing levels of responsibility.
• Have expert-level ability to implement Cority EMS, GX2 and WeSustain.
• Bring cross-functional skills in areas such as database design, process automation, dashboarding and GIS.
• US citizenship is required because of the nature of the work.
• Preferred: certification in Cority implementation.
• Preferred: industrial hygiene experience.
• Preferred: project management experience.
• Preferred: experience calculating air emissions.
• Preferred: experience with EHS digital platforms such as Enablon, ETQ Reliance and Intelex.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Office 365 tools such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI.

Conditions

The location is flexible, with occasional client travel.
