  • Contribute to thought leadership and process improvement by staying current on platform updates, industry trends, and evolving best practices in paid social and financial services marketing

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success planning, executing, and scaling campaigns; experience in Financial Services and/or B2B marketing strongly preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and clearly communicate findings in both written and verbal formats
  • Highly digitally savvy, with a passion for emerging platforms, industry trends, and innovations in social and digital marketing
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a proactive approach to testing, learning, and optimization
