DevOps Engineer

This senior DevOps role is on an international team building a Backstage.io developer portal. The aim is to improve the developer experience across a global organization using cloud-native technology and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend integrations within the Backstage.io platform.
• Design, build and tune cloud-native infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Set up and run CI/CD pipelines that follow GitOps practices.
• Work with development and platform engineering teams across different countries.
• Push forward automation, scalability, reliability and operational quality across the platform.
• Help developers work more productively and drive wider adoption of the platform.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Backstage.io.
• Strong Kubernetes skills, particularly with AWS EKS.
• Experience with Terraform and ArgoCD.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, Docker and cloud-native environments.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, or both.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Fluent English.

Conditions

Permanent, full-time contract.

Hybrid working model.

23 working days of annual leave.
