Description

The company has worked on computer graphics, PC gaming and accelerated computing for over 25 years, and now focuses on AI, HPC and visualization.

Its GPUs act as the brains of computers, robots and self-driving cars.

This role reports to the APAC Head of Developer Ecosystems and works with developers in enterprise, government, startups and ISVs across ANZ, bringing GPU accelerated computing into startups there.

  • Grow the developer ecosystem and partnerships, speak at conferences, and build a network of influencers.
  • Track emerging opportunities as they appear in the market.
  • Look for AI problems that the company's AI software can speed up, and drive ideas through prioritisation and into adoption.
  • Explain the company's tools, libraries and SDKs (or equivalent experience) to developers across ANZ so they can move faster with AI.
  • Find new workflows, spot barriers to adoption, and feed what you learn back to product teams.
  • Work with partner managers, solution architects, business development managers, sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or computer science, or a similar professional background.
  • More than 5 years in a technical leadership role building GPU accelerated computing solutions.
  • Hands-on work with generative AI and LLM ecosystems across startups, ISVs, data repositories, cloud services and SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with real empathy for developers.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, with a record of explaining value to executives and technical audiences.
  • Strong project management: plan, prioritise and move several projects forward at once while working with internal and external collaborators.
  • Extensive knowledge of recent advances in LLMs, VLMs, agentic AI and generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience with software architecture, implementation and programming.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and its continued growth, with self-motivation and commitment to specific goals.
  • To stand out: experience with ML/DL frameworks and AIOps/MLOps tools from partners, in the cloud and on-prem.
  • To stand out: a background in software engineering and application development.
  • To stand out: exposure to the company's AI software, such as NeMo, Triton and RAPIDS.
