  • Write and maintain formal configuration guides as needed.

  • Package and push approved applications with the PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
  • Write technical support documentation for IT equipment and systems when needed.

  • Must currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II, with one of: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+ or CCNA Security.
  • Deep knowledge of end user computing on Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS X, and the infrastructure behind it, including Active Directory, Group Policy creation and upkeep, and SCCM.
  • Hands-on experience deploying, configuring and managing enterprise solutions on Windows 10 and 11.
  • Scripting in Python, PowerShell and Bash.
  • Working familiarity with VMware ESXi and vSphere.
