Responsibilities

  • You will be the one dedicated technical contact for high-value enterprise accounts on Business Critical Services, working on FlashArray rather than a shared support queue.
  • You will own the customer relationship and the full technical outcome for each assigned account, lead critical escalation calls, and keep account health and satisfaction strong.
  • You will investigate complex problems across FlashArray hardware, the Purity operating environment, network connectivity and performance, find the root cause and close the issue for good.
  • You will plan software upgrades, maintenance and change control with customer engineering teams so downtime and operational risk stay low.
  • You will work with Support Account Managers and internal escalation engineers to speed up resolutions, improve support processes and add to the knowledge base.

Requirements

  • You have 5 to 10 years of hands-on work with enterprise block storage (SAN, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NVMe-oF), Linux or Windows, and core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing).
  • You can diagnose and fix hard FlashArray problems involving replication, capacity, availability and performance, including under pressure.
  • You communicate clearly in written and spoken English and can handle tense customer situations calmly.
  • You work well on your own, set your own priorities across competing demands and collaborate with teams around the world.
  • You can travel 5 to 10% of the time to customer sites for account reviews or critical escalations.

Conditions

The role is primarily in the office at the Melbourne site, following company policy, except during PTO, work travel or other approved leave.

The company is an equal opportunity employer.

Benefits

  • The company offers flexible time off, wellness resources and company-sponsored team events.
  • The company has been named a Fortune Best Workplace in Technology and a Fortune Best Workplace in the Bay Area, and is certified as a Great Place to Work.
