Description

The Advanced Technology Solutions team helps clients fix real business problems with technology.

The team works in business process management, low-code, automation, robotics, software delivery and AI, building solutions that make organisations run better and turning complex ideas into workable results.

Projects are growing, so the team is adding Business Analysts who enjoy learning how businesses operate, asking sharp questions and shaping solutions that connect business needs with technology.

Much of the work is business process automation and workflow transformation, mainly on Appian and Pega: understanding current processes, redesigning future ones, and helping delivery teams build them.

Clients are large organisations in banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecoms, energy and other sectors. Business Analysts take part from early discovery and workshops through requirements, testing, demos and rollout.

The role can also open paths into consulting, UX/UI, delivery support and project management.

The company uses AI across its work, including ideation, requirements gathering and design.

Responsibilities

  • Meet clients and stakeholders to learn their business needs and process problems.
  • Run or join workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
  • Map current processes, design the target versions, and document both.
  • Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation.
  • Support workflow, low-code and process automation projects alongside delivery teams.
  • Stay on the work from analysis through testing, demos and presenting the solution.
  • Create process flows, presentations, mockups and other supporting material.
  • Handle several projects at once in an international consulting setting.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years in business analysis, business process management or a similar role.
  • Solid grasp of process mapping, process improvement and requirements gathering.
  • Hands-on experience with as-is and to-be analysis and end-to-end workflow documentation.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and leading workshops.
  • Able to make technical topics clear to non-technical people.
  • Have worked with developers, architects, QA or project teams.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Appian, Pega or other BPM, low-code or workflow platforms.
  • Exposure to UX/UI, wireframing, mockups or Figma.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Use AI tools actively to raise productivity, sharpen problem-solving and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions responsibly.
  • An added benefit: experience with testing or UAT support, and German language skills.

Conditions

The stated salary is the minimum. Final pay is set individually based on experience, expertise, seniority and overall profile.

A discretionary annual bonus may be paid based on the company's financial results and the employee's year-end performance review.

Hybrid working policy with flexible working hours.

Employer: the company's advisory entity, a Slovak limited liability company (s.r.o.).

Start date by agreement.

Benefits

  • Regular salary reviews, performance bonuses and other special bonuses.
  • Meal contributions and a cafeteria system with personalised choices.
  • All extra working time is valued and compensated.
  • Extra sick-day leave, plus 2 volunteer days and 2 holiday days set by the company, subject to management approval on designated dates.
  • Tailored internal and external training, a structured career development plan, and up to 30% off internationally recognised certifications and qualifications through the company's academy.
  • Physiotherapy consultations, a Multisport card, medical centre membership, and well-being and work-life coaching.
  • Team-building activities, social events, an employee referral program and regular feedback.
  • International assignments, projects with international clients, and the possibility of working from abroad.
  • Discounts at partner companies for cars, healthcare, beauty, culture and more.
