Android Engineer I, Local Shops - Quick Commerce

We are looking for a Associate Software Engineer, Android - to join our Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Contribute to the creation of our next-generation platform that aims to provide the best tools for our partners working in supermarkets, local stores, pharmacies, and more.

Your mission:

Work on a platform that helps local business around the world with their daily tasks in a seamless and efficient way

Ensure high code quality, testing, and engineering best practices, and overall product performance

Develop multi-module applications to ensure code reusability and maintainability

Write comprehensive unit tests and instrumental tests to ensure product quality and reliability

Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment process

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Android development, and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Native mobile app development experience using Kotlin
• Strong foundation in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, software design) Working understanding of architecture patterns, for example, MVVM, MVP, clean architecture etc
• Expertise in writing unit tests
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
• Full professional English proficiency
