We are seeking an Amazon Marketing Lead - EMEA to drive strategy, growth, and engagement across Amazon’s retail platform. The successful candidate will bring a passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and retail performance to the role. We are looking for a strategic thinker capable of independently owning retail media initiatives, optimizing the full-funnel experience, and influencing cross-functional teams to maximize category growth. This hands-on, execution-focused position requires a professional who thrives on precision, maintains agility in a fast-paced environment, and seeks to grow their career within a dynamic, globally-minded team.

Responsibilities

  • Content and Site Merchandising:
  • Manage and optimize product detail pages (PDP) and Brandstores to ensure accurate content, compelling imagery, and keyword-rich copy, localized for each EMEA market (there are ten markets, with varying languages)
  • Lead the execution and premiumisation of A/B testing within A+ content and brand storefront updates
  • Build and execute seasonal, promotional, and premium brand storytelling moments across the site
  • Retail Media
  • Own the execution of Amazon retail marketing initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, and sales trends
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign trackers to ensure on-time delivery of programs
  • Manage external agency partners to drive advertising strategy (AMS/DSP) to meet regional objectives
  • Research competitive activity and ecommerce landscape to identify opportunities for improved product placement and brand presence
  • Support A/B testing of creative, messaging, audiences, and media tactics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with and influence regional cross-functional teams (Amazon EMEA Commercial Sales team, EMEA brand marketing and creative design, analytics, operations) to ensure alignment on goals and execution
  • Partnership management with Amazon Vendor Merchandising stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
  • Experience managing or supporting Amazon Ads accounts, and Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
  • Experience with content management and creative software programs for digital content building
  • You are comfortable navigating the complexities of working across ten countries and eight languages, supported by our robust content management and translation software that simplifies localization and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with data
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Your profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update. At Sonos we take the time to hire right and appreciate your patience.
