Description

You will help build the deterministic AI execution layer that runs enterprise operations.

The company's view is that enterprise AI needs deterministic execution, strict guardrails, automated verification and reliable process orchestration, not free-roaming personal agents.

Enterprise integrations tend to fail quietly. Workflows break, APIs fail without warning, systems fall out of sync, and teams spend long hours maintaining infrastructure that was never built for real-time scale.

The platform runs operations across supply chains, logistics, healthcare, financial operations, e-commerce and enterprise sales, where AI agents carry out business processes in real time.

Responsibilities

  • Build production-grade AI agents for structured process execution rather than open-ended chat.
  • Add programmatic guardrails, schema enforcement and human-in-the-loop fallback triggers.
  • Build evaluation suites that test the agents and guardrails.
  • In your first 90 days, focus on the agent execution and guardrail work above.

Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of experience.
  • Be a systems-minded full-stack engineer who enjoys hard backend, distributed queue and non-deterministic agent problems.
  • Work like a product owner, take end-to-end ownership, and do well at a fast startup pace.
  • Understand why enterprise AI needs strict guardrails, transactional guarantees and deterministic execution instead of unconstrained agents.
  • Work with Python, React and Postgres.
  • Not a fit if you see enterprise AI as prompt writing or simple calls to OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
  • Not a fit if you dislike operational complexity or debugging non-deterministic failures and state drift.
  • Not a fit if you need a slow timeline or a highly structured corporate environment.
