Description

The company is a Fortune 500 firm and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, and it builds software that helps teams do their best work.

The Deployment Technology team changes how the company's product is deployed and managed. Its goal is to cut deployment time, cost, and complexity so customers see value sooner.

The team builds tools that help implementation teams and partners go live faster. These include ways to find proven setup approaches, reuse configuration, automate repetitive tasks, and use AI tools to guide complex implementation work.

After go-live, the team also helps customers manage and maintain the product, adopt new products and features, and keep up with ongoing change through AI-enabled experiences.

You will work with customers, partners, and product teams across the company on the next generation of deployment technology, covering the full customer lifecycle.

This is a newly created AI Engineer role on the team, based in Dublin. You will help design and build the AI systems and tooling that guide and automate complex implementation tasks, taking capabilities from prototype to production with senior engineers, Product Management, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship AI-powered features and tools that automate repetitive implementation work and guide complex configuration.
  • Help integrate AI and ML models, including LLM-based capabilities, into Deployment Technology products from prototype through production.
  • Contribute to the infrastructure, pipelines, and monitoring that keep AI systems running reliably at scale.
  • Work with Product Management, implementation teams, partners, and enablement to understand real deployment problems and turn them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Help improve the performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of deployed AI capabilities.
  • Build your AI engineering skills while helping a team set up this discipline from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Basic qualifications:
  • Have 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
  • Be strong in Python.
  • Have experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith, or be ready to get up to speed on these frameworks quickly.
  • Be proficient in at least one other statically typed language, such as Java, Scala, Rust, or C++.
  • Have hands-on experience building applications with large language models.
  • Other qualifications:
  • Have exposure to agentic design patterns in which an LLM uses tools to interact with its environment.
  • Have experience developing and deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Be familiar with event-driven systems and asynchronous task handling.
  • Have worked in fast-paced agile environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate well with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn complex problems into clear, sound solutions.
  • Be committed to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and to continuous improvement.
  • You have a solid engineering foundation and a real interest in applied AI, and you want to grow while helping shape a new engineering discipline on a team defining the future of enterprise deployment.

Conditions

Base salary range for this role in Ireland: €73,100 to €109,600 EUR. Pay is set by objective factors such as experience, skills, education, level of responsibility, role demands, location, and business need. This applies to EU locations only.

Work model: flex work, combining in-person time with remote work. Teams spend at least half (50%) of their time each quarter in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners, depending on the role. You set a schedule that suits your work, team, and personal needs. Remote home office roles can also join in-office moments that matter.

The company considers qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records under applicable Fair Chance law, and it is an equal opportunity employer that includes individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.

Benefits

  • You may be eligible for the company's bonus plan or a role-specific commission or bonus.
  • As part of total compensation, you may receive annual refresh stock grants from the company.
  • You will help define what AI-powered deployment means at the company, alongside senior engineers and a Senior Product Manager.
