Sign Up to ReadIn this position, you will be the primary interface for managing and driving customer issues to resolution. ECS (Engineering Customer Support) is the highest level of technical expertise before engagement with the Development teams. You will be working with Poly’s Video Conferencing Endpoint line of Products such as the G7500, X30/X50, and Poly cameras. Knowledge in troubleshooting these products is a big plus! The candidate will need to excel in Troubleshooting skills for both Network and product System Log analysis.
The pay range for this role is $137,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
