Description

TL;DR:

We're looking for a full-stack engineer who wants to sit at the heart of Lovable's marketing engine - making every pound of spend measurable, and every manual workflow a tool. One sprint you're tracing spend from first click to revenue across Meta, Google and newer channels; the next you're shipping landing pages, experiments or an agent that saves the team hours a week. You think in React and APIs, but your first instinct is always: can we measure it, and does it help us grow faster?

Coding skills + excellent taste + growth instincts + marketing obsession = you.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

Responsibilities

  • In one sentence: You'll sit between marketing and engineering and build whatever we need to grow faster, from the site and tracking to the tools the team uses every day - expect to be driving the thinking here alongside our team leads.
  • Build the tools marketing runs on: Find the manual work slowing the team down and replace it with tools, automations or agents, ideally built on Lovable.
  • Shape what gets built: Work with design, marketing, data and partnerships to decide what's worth doing, then own it end to end.
  • Own how we measure marketing: Make sure every pound of spend can be traced from first click to revenue, across Meta and Google and newer channels like CTV and podcast. This is what lets us scale spend with confidence.
  • Make experimentation cheap & fast: Build the events, funnels and A/B testing setup that let the team test an idea in days and double down on what works.
  • Turn the website into a growth surface: Ship landing pages, signup flows and first-run moments that get new users to value fast, without waiting in a product queue.
  • Keep it Lovable: Growth should feel like part of the product, never bolted on.
  • Our tech stack
  • We're building with tools that both humans and AI love:
  • Frontend: React
  • Backend: Golang and Rust
  • Cloud: Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, Many LLM providers
  • DevOps & Tooling: Github Actions, Grafana, OTEL, infra-as-code (Terraform)
  • About your application
  • Please submit your application in English. It’s our company language, so you’ll be speaking lots of it if you join.
  • We treat all candidates equally - if you’re interested, please apply through our careers portal.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams, ideally including growth work, marketplaces/platforms, or communities.
  • Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided systems with creators, learners, and customers - you can see problems from multiple sides and design for all of them.
  • Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Google Ad Network APIs, and experience working with data from ad networks. Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and Beehiiv, plus CTV/podcast tracking, is a plus.
  • Comfortable using data, funnels, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to shape what you build and how you iterate.
  • Skilled at designing, measuring, and iterating experiments, and thorough in setting up growth systems "right" from the start.
  • Experience collaborating across functions (design, marketing, partnerships, support, data) to launch and grow new product surfaces and ecosystems.
  • Enjoys designing reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools that other builders can plug into, with a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated by helping others succeed and by seeing impact through engagement, measurable results, and revenue - you care about the scoreboard as much as the code.
