About the Role

In this role, you will turn complex product challenges into meaningful change by designing intuitive, accessible experiences across the entire Product Development Lifecycle. You will rely on analytics, user testing, and behavioral insights to continuously optimize user journeys, ensuring every design decision thoughtfully balances user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Embracing a philosophy of sharing work early and often, you will treat design as a collaborative, evolving conversation that drives real-world business impact.

As a trusted expert in product design strategy, you will shape high-level vision and influence cross-functional stakeholders—from cross-discipline partners to executive leadership. You bring a passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and adapting design methodologies to solve unique problems. Through clear, persuasive storytelling and critical thinking, you will advocate for design integrity, align diverse perspectives, and mentor those around you to build next-generation digital experiences.
