And now, we are looking for a Senior Content Specialist who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.

The person will join the SignNow Product Marketing team and take on the responsibility of creating and managing content across the funnel, including the website, blog, email, sales collateral, and social, to support product launches, GTM campaigns, and sales enablement.

As Senior Content Manager, you will own content end to end, from brief to production, publishing, and optimization, working closely with the Principal Product Marketing Manager with direct line of sight into product strategy and launches.

What you'll be working on:

Create original, on-brand content across formats: website pages, blog articles, email sequences, social posts, sales collateral, product one-pagers, and feature briefs

Own content across its full lifecycle: brief, production, publishing, optimization, and performance review

Partner with Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver content for product launches, GTM campaigns, and sales enablement

Optimize content based on performance data such as organic traffic, engagement, CTA conversion, and search visibility

Keep messaging consistent across all channels and formats, and fix drift when it appears

Use analytics tools such as GA4 and Ahrefs to understand what works, what doesn't, and why, and act on the findings

Evaluate and adopt new content technologies and platforms that improve quality or speed

Use AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) as a deliberate part of your workflow for ideation, drafting, and iteration, applying editorial judgment to every output

What we expect from you:

Proven experience creating content across multiple formats and channels, with a portfolio that shows range and quality

Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment

A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and conversion-focused writing

An understanding of marketing fundamentals, including funnel stages and how content serves each one

Technical comfort with CMS platforms and publishing and collaboration tools

Structured, integrated use of AI writing tools in your content workflow

Excellent written English at C1 level or higher

What helps you rock:

B2B SaaS experience where your content contributed directly to pipeline, trial activation, or product adoption

Experience working with Product Marketing or Product teams on launch content or feature messaging

A product marketing background or training

A track record of turning content performance data into strategic decisions
