Responsibilities

• We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to help enhance our training efforts across our suite of products. We need someone who’s passionate about our customers getting the most out of their subscriptions. As an Implementation Consultant you’ll be focused on our key professional customers across Italy and the broader region Meds, Balkans & Middle East acting as a subject matter expert for our Analysis products like Sportscode to level up users.
• In this position, you’ll:
• Be a strong communicator . You’ll constantly push for alignment between the Sales team and customers on both short and long term goals.
• Educate customers . You’ll take the initiative to understand a customer’s workflows and make sure they’re set up for success with our products.
• Be the voice of the customers . You’ll understand the needs of our elite customers, provide product feedback directly to our team, and work closely with customers to exceed their expectations.
• Collaborate. You’ll work closely with Support, Sales and Education in order to surface customer insights and execute on the strategy for customer training and onboarding.
• Time spent collaborating with your teammates in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We’re currently considering applicants within commuting distance of our Chiavari Office. You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.

Requirements

• Experienced. You understand the ins and outs of Hudl Sportscode, making it easy to train our customers and help them get the most out of their subscriptions. You’re motivated to learn more about our product suite.
• A natural teacher. You have a genuine ability to break down complex concepts and make them accessible to any audience. Whether in a one-on-one session or a group training, you know how to read the room, adapt your communication style, and ensure every customer walks away feeling confident and empowered.
• Customer-facing experience. You have experience working closely with customers, including training and educating them.
• Goal oriented. You are motivated by improving the customer experience.
• Driven . Your to-do list is no match for your tireless work ethic.
• Team player. You thrive in dynamic environments, remain flexible with schedules and communication, and actively partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights.
• A problem-solver . Your eye for details helps you identify, analyse and solve challenging problems.
• Multilingual. You are fluent in English and Italian.
• Nice-to-Haves
• Data or Sports Science experience . You demonstrate Analytics Skills preferably in a Sports context, skills including: Javascript, Python / R, Tableau, GPS analysis.
• Product development. You’ve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports.
• Other languages. You can speak other languages fluently.

Conditions

The base salary range for this role is displayed below— starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.

We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.

Base Salary Range

€31.500 - €52.500 EUR
