Responsibilities

• We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic FrontEnd Engineer to join our Consumer Lending Team.
• Your key responsibilities:
• As an Frontend Engineer , your aim will be:
• To design, develop and test the code that will shape the different components of the application, ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality and performance.
• To deliver in Production a working software by giving the best use to technology and development practices. It includes the documentation and parameters that can help reaching that goal. To support Production by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter.
• As an expert in the Frontend area you specifically add value on that technical layer but always keep in mind the rest of the technical stack as part of the Squad responsibilities.

• Frontend Development:
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015+), HTML, CSS
• Experience building responsive web applications and interfaces across different devices and screen sizes
• Web Components, lightweight, high-performance and reusable native components
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and their practical application
• Optimization techniques and performance tuning strategies
• Software Engineering:
• Design Patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, Software Craftmanship
• Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) mindset
• Unit testing fan and experience with Mocha/Jasmine or Chai
• Functional programming appetite
• Autonomous debugging and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with bundling tools (Webpack/Gulp/Rollup)
• Azure
• Software Engineering
• High curiosity for the business domain and geek-level front-end experience
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Mentoring and supporting junior engineers in their technical growth

• 5+ years of experience working with similar technologies

• Buscamos una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Consumer Lending como FrontEnd Engineer .
• Tus principales responsabilidades:
• Como Frontend Engineer , tu objetivo será:
• Diseñar, desarrollar y probar el código que dará forma a los diferentes componentes de la aplicación, garantizando que cumplan los requisitos de funcionalidad, calidad y rendimiento.
• Desplegar en Producción software funcional haciendo el mejor uso de la tecnología y de las prácticas de desarrollo. Esto incluye la documentación y los parámetros que puedan ayudar a alcanzar ese objetivo. Dar soporte a Producción mediante el análisis y la resolución de cualquier incidencia o bug que pueda surgir. Contribuir a mejorar la disciplina técnica colaborando con el capítulo técnico transversal.
• Como persona experta en el área de Frontend, aportarás valor específicamente en esa capa técnica, pero teniendo siempre presente el resto del stack tecnológico como parte de las responsabilidades del Squad.

• Desarrollo Frontend:
• Dominio de JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015+), HTML y CSS.
• Experiencia desarrollando aplicaciones e interfaces web responsive para diferentes dispositivos y tamaños de pantalla.
• Web Components, componentes nativos ligeros, reutilizables y de alto rendimiento.
• Sólido conocimiento de los estándares de accesibilidad web (WCAG) y de su aplicación práctica.
• Conocimiento de técnicas de optimización y estrategias de mejora del rendimiento.
• Ingeniería de Software:
• Patrones de diseño, SOLID, Clean Code y Software Craftsmanship.
• Mentalidad orientada a Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
• Pasión por las pruebas unitarias y experiencia con Mocha, Jasmine o Chai.
• Interés por la programación funcional.
• Capacidad autónoma de depuración y resolución de problemas.
• Conocimiento de pipelines CI/CD.
• Experiencia con herramientas de empaquetado ( bundling tools ) como Webpack, Gulp o Rollup.
• Azure.
• Ingeniería de Software
• Alta curiosidad por el dominio de negocio y experiencia de nivel experto ( geek-level ) en desarrollo Frontend.
• Buen conocimiento de metodologías Agile.
• Experiencia mentorizando y apoyando a perfiles junior en su crecimiento técnico.
• Excelente nivel de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia trabajando con tecnologías similares.
