We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Content Strategy with deep expertise in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biopharma sectors. This client-facing role requires a versatile strategist who can develop sophisticated content plans for a variety of audiences, including patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), investors, and employees. You will be responsible for leading content strategy across both product marketing and corporate communications initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare regulatory guidelines while creating compelling, multi-channel content for thought leadership, websites, SEO, AI Search, and social platforms.
An ideal candidate will be passionate about telling strategic and creative stories on deadline and familiar with digital storytelling across earned, owned and paid media.
The ideal candidate would have:
7+ years of content strategy experience, with a significant portion spent at a marketing or communications agency.
Specialized expertise in the healthcare sector, particularly with pharmaceutical and biopharma clients.
Demonstrated experience creating targeted content strategies for diverse audiences, including patients, HCPs, investors, and the scientific community.
A strong understanding of healthcare regulatory best practices and the nuances of both product and corporate communications in a regulated environment.
Proven experience integrating SEO, AI Search, and social media strategies into broader content plans.
A flexible and adaptable skill set, with a portfolio showcasing work across thought leadership, digital content, and multi-channel campaigns.
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
