  • Identify and recommend opportunities to expand, restructure or improve financial services content based on regulatory and customer needs.
  • Engage with customers and support Sales, Product, Marketing and customer-facing teams with practical subject matter input.
  • Manage and review work from subject matter experts, contributors or vendors to maintain quality, consistency and legal accuracy.
  • Collaborate across content, product and technology teams to improve scalable workflows, including appropriate use of AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

  • Specific financial services regulatory expertise gained in a bank, insurer, financial institution, regulator or legal practice supporting the sector.
  • Strong knowledge of European regulatory and compliance processes, with experience interpreting legislation and complex regulatory obligations.
  • The ability to translate technical legal requirements into practical, accessible compliance content or business solutions.
  • Experience maintaining compliance frameworks, regulatory registers, obligations content or comparable regulatory materials.
  • Excellent analytical, research and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgement.
  • Confidence engaging with customers, internal stakeholders and subject matter experts across a global organisation.
  • An adaptable and collaborative approach, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement.
