About the Role:

Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including Townhalls, cross-team governance forums and organizational newsletters

Take ownership of complex, ambiguous business problems by defining the approach and delivering actionable recommendations

Represent the Head of Commercial Engineering in governance forums and cross-functional meetings where required.

All About You:

Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, or senior business management role supporting executive leadership

Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and anticipate the needs of senior team members without requiring close direction

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing materials for CTO, CPO, CFO, EVP and SVP audiences

Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data across operational, delivery and workforce dimensions and translate findings into clear recommendations.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to complex, cross-functional challenges

Skilled at building relationships and driving alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority

Background in financial services, payments, or technology organizations preferred
