  • Proficiency in Windows internals: services, registry, event tracing, PowerShell, command-line tools
  • Ability to independently lead investigations with minimal direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
  • Ability to operate effectively under high-pressure, high-ambiguity conditions
  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in quality engineering, quality systems, reliability engineering, in system debugging, enterprise support, or platform engineering or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience operating at a principal or enterprise‑level scope, influencing strategy beyond a single product or team
  • Experience working with OEM/ODM ecosystems and silicon vendors
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Windows Client/Server, CompTIA A+, or equivalent
  • Experience analyzing system logs, telemetry data, and kernel/user-mode dump files
  • The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $130,000 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
